Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and personable individual to take on the role of a Executive Assistant cum Manager for our celebrity footballer, Danish Parvez Khan. This position is based in Kolkata and requires a dynamic and well-presented individual aged between 23 and 27, with excellent English language skills. As a Personal Secretary cum Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Danish Parvez Khan's professional and personal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Plan and manage Danish Parvez Khan's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
Ensure punctuality and efficient use of time, making adjustments as necessary.
Communication and Correspondence:
Act as the primary point of contact for all communication on behalf of Danish Parvez Khan.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, and other correspondence in impeccable English.
Meeting and Travel Coordination:
