Position: Tele Sales Team Leader
Location: Gurgaon
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales Team Leader to oversee
our real estate tele sales team who have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership
skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role involves managing a team of
tele sales, leads generation to increase sales performance, and ensuring site visits.
Roles & Responsibility:
Team Leadership: Train, and mentor tele sales team. Apart from that set clear performance
expectations for the team and conduct regular performance reviews in evening.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to improve
quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics and lead quality, analyze sales data
to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and site visits, identify trends and
insights to drive future sales initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service
and builds lasting relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
promptly.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor€™s degree in any stream or a related field.
3+ years of experience in tele sales or a related sales role, preferably in real estate.
Leadership and team-building skills, ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Salary: No Bar
Work Condition: Only for Female Candidate.
